Inside Sales/Customer Service Advocate

We are looking for an eager individual who enjoys executing sales strategy, initiating contact with existing and potential customers, identifying their needs and selling the appropriate products and services to meet those needs.
Summary
This position is responsible for ensuring the customer’s expectations are anticipated, met or exceeded. This position places outbound and receives inbound calls with clients in order to increase sales and allow sales representatives to assume the relationship.
Essential Job Functions
- Develops strong relationships with our customers, serving as liaison between the client and the Company.
- Meet with customers to prepare quotes and help organize and schedule current and upcoming projects.
- Manages multiple projects, coordinating with clients, vendors, and other departments. Handles incoming projects, including work orders, POs, managing files and originals, proofs and go-bys.
- Selects the right techniques, machinery/ equipment, supplies, etc for specific projects based on customized requests/ needs.
- Works closely with sales account managers to ensure commercial projects run on time, within quote, and follow Company quality control.
- Monitors disciplined schedule of tasks - manage and develop work plans, oversee production of documents submitted.
- Communicates and cooperates with other departmental managers, assistants and employees to ensure a smooth flow of work across departments.
- Works as a backup in the role of expeditor, quality control, pre-flight and operators.
- Plans and communicates to supervisors the work of commercial sales accounts, specialists and technicians assigned to projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualified Candidates Will Meet the Following Requirements:
- Able to maintain a courteous, “can-do” attitude with internal and external customers
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Able to excel in face to face situations
- Able to multi-task, prioritize and successfully meet deadlines when working under pressure
- Able to quickly establish a strong rapport with customers
- Able to process, comprehend, and follow detailed written and verbal instructions
- Able to work independently with a high level of self-initiative and motivation
- Has strong communication and organizational skills
- Has an appreciation for the importance of paying attention to detail
- Able to think of creative ways to give superior customer service
Physical Requirements
- Frequently lifts, carries or otherwise moves and positions objects weighing up to 35 pounds
- Frequently required to move about from one area of the building to another
- Frequently required to stand or sit while working on projects or equipment
- Occasionally inputs data on keyboard
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus

- Meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Establish new clients by planning and organizing daily schedule to call on existing or potential clients.
